FAMILY SUPPORT & EDUCATION

We provide caregivers with education, tools, and guidance to better understand neurodevelopmental needs and support their child or young adult’s growth and development across all stages of life. Through workshops, coaching, and family-centered learning, we empower families to become informed advocates from early childhood through young adulthood.

What we offer:

  • Caregiver education workshops

  • Developmental learning and milestone education

  • Understanding autism and related disabilities

  • Sensory and behavior support strategies

  • Communication and learning support tools

  • Introduction to early intervention and community services

  • Transition planning from school-age to adulthood

 

Our goal is to help families feel informed, confident, and equipped to support daily development and long-term success.

PARENT TRAINING & COACHING

We offer personalized support to help caregivers apply strategies in real-life settings at home and in the community.

What we offer:

  • One-on-one parent coaching sessions

  • Home routine and structure planning

  • Behavior support strategies tailored to the child or young adult

  • Communication support coaching

  • Support implementing school or therapy recommendations

  • Skill-building for consistency across home and school environments

  • Goal-based coaching plans (short-term or ongoing support)

This service is designed to provide practical, individualized guidance that meets families where they are.

ADVOCACY & SCHOOL SUPPORT

We help families navigate the special education system and advocate effectively for their child or young adult’s needs.

What we offer:

  • IEP and 504 plan education and support

  • School meeting preparation and coaching

  • Guidance on requesting evaluations and services

  • Understanding special education rights under IDEA

  • Communication strategies for working with schools and providers

  • Advocacy skill-building and role-play preparation

  • Transition planning support for post-secondary services

Our goal is to ensure families understand their rights and feel confident advocating within educational systems.

FAMILY SUPPORT GROUPS

We provide safe, welcoming spaces where families can connect, share experiences, and receive emotional and peer support.

What we offer:

  • Monthly caregiver support groups

  • Peer networking and connection opportunities

  • Themed discussions (autism, ADHD, communication needs, etc.)

  • Stress management and caregiver wellness support

  • Guest speakers from the disability and education community

  • Informal “coffee and conversation” gatherings

These groups help reduce isolation and build a strong community of support among families.
