Meet Jayden

I’m 15. My family and friends call me Jay Jay or BIG Jay. I love to swim, ride my bike and scooter, create art, write, take photos of the environment and listen to different genres of music. I really like to count things and learn about different ways to solve math problems, and I’m really interested in technology. I love school, but my parents are always worried because some things are hard for me because I have a special brain. I can almost do everything the same as my neurotypical peers, however, I may need a bit more help and I learn differently.

My doctors told my parents that I am really smart, but because my brain works differently, I may come across as I don’t understand. But if my family, friends, teachers and therapists are willing to go the extra mile to help me see it my way, you will be shocked how fast I can learn!

Hi!

I'm Jayden!
